◆Jinling is a professional manufacturer of Helix Vibrating Dryer. We have made several changes to the machine to the optimize its design so that the noise can be reduced while the service life, eficiency, and stability of the machine can be improved.

The wet material enters the screw bed uniformly from the feed port on the top. The material jumps along the spiral bed from top to bottom until it reaches the bottom layer, driven by the circumferential excitation force and gravity; meanwhile, the clean hot air enters from the bottom of the spiral

bed, and fully exchanges heat and mass with the material distributed on the bed before it is discharged from the moisture outlet on the top. This way, the material can be dried in the end.

This dryer is mainly used for the drying or cooling traditional Chinese medicine pills, copper sulfate and other crysalline materials.

It is also applicable for drying materials shaped like granules, strips, and balls across chemical, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, construction material, animal feed and other industries.

◆Jinling has independently developed and designed the vibration reduction method that can reduce the chances of fatigue cracking and improve the service life of the machine. This way, the machine will have better stability and lower noise.

◆Depending on the material itself, we use different methods for inlet air convection and material conveyance, in order to optimize the efficiency.

◆Depending on the characteristics of the material, we provide different bed structures and specific number of layers, so that due to the excitation force, the material can make a circular jump motion along the spiral bed from top to bottom, and at the same time, it will exchange heat with the hot air blown from the bottom as a counterflow. The utilization of thermal energy is more eficient this way and the adjustment range of drying retention

time is larger.

◆The machine has a compact structure and it does not require much floor space. The operation is sealed and continuous operation, for energy conservation and environmental protection purposes.

◆The material stays in the bed for a long time; the heat utilization is eficient; the cleaning is convenient.

◆Adjustable vibration frequency and amplitude, high uniformity of dry moisture, materials are not easy to stick to the bed, all are discharged from the bottom;

◆There is basically no damage to the surface or the shape of the material. The machine is especially suitable for drying or cooling materials that are crystal and granular.

◆Exhaust dust can be collected and treated in diferent ways; closed-circuit drying can be applied.
