Product Description
Once the air is filtered and heated, it enters the main body of the dryer from the bottom. The air passes through the mesh plate of the hopper and the material. In the drying chamber, a fluidized drying state is achieved through stirring or negative pressure. As the drying process continues, the dust is captured by a cloth bag, and the moisture is discharged via the induced draft fan, ultimately drying the material efficiently.
The fluidized bed is designed with a circular structure to ensure complete coverage without missing any corners.
The system can utilize vibration or the pulsing of the cylinder for effective dust removal during operation.
An agitator can be added to the hopper to prevent the agglomeration of wet materials and eliminate channeling issues during the drying process. Note that smaller machines may not include agitators.
Materials are typically tilted and unloaded manually. However, automatic feeding and discharging systems can be incorporated, depending on specific requirements.
The entire system operates under negative pressure with a sealed design. Air can be filtered or dehumidified through multiple stages, ensuring compliance with "GMP" standards.
This equipment offers fast drying speed, a wide range of applications, and is easy to operate and clean.
