High-Efficiency Fluid Bed Dryer

Principle: Fluidization, Filtration, Heat Transfer
Filtered, heated air enters the dryer’s base, ascending through a mesh plate and wet material. Fluidized drying is achieved via stirring/negative pressure in the chamber. Moisture-laden air passes through dust-collecting cloth bags, expelled by an induced draft fan, ensuring material dehydration.

Working Mechanism of Fluid Bed Dryer

Once the air is filtered and heated, it enters the main body of the dryer from the bottom. The air passes through the mesh plate of the hopper and the material. In the drying chamber, a fluidized drying state is achieved through stirring or negative pressure. As the drying process continues, the dust is captured by a cloth bag, and the moisture is discharged via the induced draft fan, ultimately drying the material efficiently.
