A Fluidized Bed Dryer (FBD) is a highly efficient drying system designed for drying powders, granules, crystals, pellets, and other bulk solids. By passing heated air through a perforated distribution plate, the material becomes suspended in a fluidized state, creating excellent heat and mass transfer for rapid and uniform drying.
