Product Description
◆ Reduce the boiling point of the material under the vacuum condition to make the dried material more uniformly heated.
◆ The heat source can be low pressure steam, thermal oil, electricity or hot water.
◆ Different types of vacuum pumps can be equipped according to the requirements of our customers .
◆ No contaminants will be involved during the entire drying process, which makes it easy to clean the machine; GMP requirements are met in this case.
◆ It is a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
◆The principle of this model is to put the material on a special drying tray, place it on a heating rack (or a heating plate), meanwhile under vacuum conditions, heat will be conducted and transferred for drying. Vacuum pump is also used to extract air for dehumidification, which can accelerate the drying rate.
◆ If a condenser is added, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser.
◆ The equipment is suitable for low temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that are easy to decompose, polymerize and coke at high temperature; it is widely used across pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and many other industries.

A: You can fly to shanghai Pudong or Hongqiao international airport directly, then take the high speed train to Changzhou station (just 1 hour from Shanghai to Changzhou by train) and we arrange to pick you up at Changzhou station to go to our company. Yutong company is around 30km away from Changzhou station.
