Product Description
A vacuum tray dryer is a type of industrial drying equipment used to remove moisture from heat-sensitive materials by using low-pressure (vacuum) conditions. The dryer typically consists of a series of trays or shelves stacked inside a vacuum chamber. These trays are where the material to be dried is placed.
1.Materials are loaded onto trays inside the vacuum chamber.
2.A vacuum is created, reducing the pressure inside the chamber.
3.As the pressure drops, the boiling point of water or solvents decreases, allowing moisture to evaporate at a lower temperature.
4.The moisture is removed, and the dried material is then extracted.
This method is particularly useful when dealing with materials that are sensitive to high temperatures or when retaining the integrity and quality of the product is a priority.

A: You can fly to shanghai Pudong or Hongqiao international airport directly, then take the high speed train to Changzhou station (just 1 hour from Shanghai to Changzhou by train) and we arrange to pick you up at Changzhou station to go to our company. Jinling company is around 30km away from Changzhou station.
