Product Description
Jinling Technology specializes in manufacturing tray dryers, including large-scale models such as 12m x 6m x 3m. These dryers use steam or electricity as heat sources, with an axial fan and heat exchanger to heat air through convection. The system ensures efficient moisture removal and energy savings by recirculating most of the hot air.
Fresh air is continuously supplied, and heated wet air is discharged, ensuring proper moisture levels within the chamber. This advanced design improves heat transfer efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
Recirculation of hot air reduces energy costs and improves sustainability.
Axial fans and heat exchangers enhance the drying performance of tray dryers.
Tray dryers from Jinling Technology include various heat sources such as steam, electricity, or thermal oil. They operate within temperatures of 50-150°C for steam and up to 350°C for electrical heating. Non-standard dryers can be customized based on user requirements.
Control systems include ordinary automatic systems, PLC touch screens, and recorders, ensuring precise operation and monitoring.
Trays are designed to optimize air circulation and uniform drying, with a standard size of 460mm x 640mm x 45mm.

A: Jinling is located in Changzhou city, Jiansu province, China. it is In the middle of Shanghai and Nanjing.

A: You can fly to shanghai Pudong or Hongqiao international airport directly, then take the high speed train to Changzhou station (just 1 hour from Shanghai to Changzhou by train) and we arrange to pick you up at Changzhou station to go to our company. Yutong company is around 30km away from Changzhou station.
