Product Description
◆A variety of structures are designed by our company for the vacuum paddle dryer, which have been applied and produced in large Quantities. The stability, eficiency and strength of the machine has been significantly improved. Speially, the paddle dryer with high vacuum level has acquired the national invention patent;
◆The bearing seat is designed and processed as a whole, and the optional cooling device can be added as well;
◆The body, bearing and shaft are designed for thermal expansion and they can slide freely, and the overall frame is applied for the design of the main body; .
◆The machine is designed to be reinforced overall, which enhances its strength and service life;
◆Different paddle structures are used for diferent materials to increase energy eficiency;
◆Packing seal or mechanical seal will be used to increase the vacuum level;The design of the direct-coupled transmission structure makes the operation more balanced and it reduces the chances of swinging, loosening or tightening due to chain transmission;
◆The uniQue processing and assembly technology of linling ensures the concentricity of the equipment and improves the sealing performance at both ends;
◆The structural design is well organized; the shaft and the jacket of the blade allow the heat medium to pass through, which improves the drying eficiengy;
◆Different output methods can be designed as the material requires, in order to adjust the retention time during the process of drying the material, and further improves the overall efficiency.

A: Jinling is located in Changzhou city, Jiansu province, China. it is In the middle of Shanghai and Nanjing.

A: You can fly to shanghai Pudong or Hongqiao international airport directly, then take the high speed train to Changzhou station (just 1 hour from Shanghai to Changzhou by train) and we arrange to pick you up at Changzhou station to go to our company. Yutong company is around 30km away from Changzhou station.
