Product Description
A Spin Flash Dryer is a highly efficient continuous drying system designed for drying filter cakes, pastes, slurries, and wet powders. It combines drying, crushing, dispersing, and classifying into a single compact unit, making it an ideal solution for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, mineral, and environmental protection industries.
The wet material enters the drying chamber where it is rapidly dispersed by a high-speed agitator. Hot air simultaneously contacts the material, resulting in fast moisture evaporation and uniform drying. Fine dried particles are carried away by the airflow and collected through a cyclone separator and bag filter.
The combination of strong turbulence and high-temperature airflow enables moisture to evaporate within seconds, significantly reducing drying time.
The built-in rotor effectively breaks up lumps and agglomerates, ensuring uniform particle size and improved drying efficiency.

The built-in classifier controls particle size. Oversized particles remain in the chamber for further drying and crushing, while qualified particles are discharged.
Dried materials are collected through cyclone separators and pulse bag filters, ensuring high product recovery rates.
