Product Description
The equipment integrates spray drying and fluid granulation into a complete set of machine, which allows granulation of liquid materials to complete within one step.
Spraying process is applied, and it is especially suitable for micro auxiliary materials and materials with high heat sensitivity. The efficiency in this case is 1-2 times higher than that of FL boiling granulator.
Powder recycling device is equipped; the granulation rate is ≥95%, and it can make 0.2-2mm granules.
The design of the internal mixing multi-fluid atomizer has been improved, and it can treat extracts with a specific gravity of 1.3g /cm3.
A certain amount of powder material is put into the fluidized bed as a crystal seed, and the liquid material is pumped to the nozzle atomizer. Firstly, part of the water is instantly removed with the high-temperature air used for spraying. Then, the residual water is dried at the bottom of the fluidized bed at the low temperature to complete the granulation.
