Product Description
The Double Roller Compactor Dry Granulator is an advanced dry granulation machine that converts fine powders into dense, free-flowing granules using roller compaction technology. This binder-free granulation system operates without liquid addition and without a drying process, making it an ideal solution for heat-sensitive and moisture-sensitive materials.
Also referred to as a double roller dry granulator, roller compaction granulator, or twin roller granulator, this equipment is widely applied in fertilizer, chemical, pharmaceutical, food additive, and battery materia processing industries.
The double roller compactor dry granulator feeds dry powder uniformly into a roller press granulator, where
two counter-rotating rollers apply high pressure to form compact flakes. These flakes are then processed by a flake crusher granulator and classified through a screening system to obtain granules with controlled particle size.
This dry granulation process eliminates the need for drying equipment, reduces energy consumption, and improves overall production efficiency compared to traditional wet granulation systems.
