Product Description
A Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer is a batch-processing dryer designed for gentle, efficient drying of free-flowing, powdery, or granular materials. It combines three key principles to achieve drying:
The double cone vessel rotates, continuously tumbling the product.
The vessel is jacketed, allowing a heat transfer fluid (like steam, hot water, or hot oil) to circulate.
The entire vessel is placed under a vacuum, which lowers the boiling point of the solvent (usually water or a solvent) inside the product.
This combination allows for very efficient drying at lower temperatures, making it ideal for heat-sensitive materials.
SZG vacuum rotary dryer is a kind of double conical vacuum dryer.under the vacuum condition,gilling the heat mediu into dryer jacket,raw material being dried with the contact of dryer chamber.evaporated moisture is sucked out by vacuum pump/due to the rotating of dryer body,raw material is moving inside the chamber,which increase the drying speed and uniformity.
The dryer is suitable for powder and granule form raw material with good fluidity.
-Ph Industry: Drying of active ph ingredients (APIs), intermediates, and granules.
-Chemical Industry: Drying of pigments, dyes, pesticides, and various chemical powders.
-Food Industry: Drying of spices, flavorings, and food additives where quality is critical.
-Fine Chemicals & Ceramics: Precious catalysts and specialty ceramic powders.
Volume (liters) of the vessel. Common sizes range from 5L R&D units to large 5000L production models.
Pressure rating and type (half pipe jacket for high pressure/temperature).
Maximum temperature requirement (e.g., steam vs. hot oil).
The ultimate vacuum pressure required (often in mbar or mmHg).
Usually 316L or 304 stainless steel for product contact parts, with a mirror finish (e.g., Ra < 0.4 µm) for easy cleaning.
-Designed to meet specific standards like GMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) for ph, including CIP/SIP (Steam-in-Place) capabilities.
-Flammable and explosive material drying should be clamed.
-When use hot water or heat conducting oil as heating source,should be claimed before the order.please claimed when order if need certificate of pressure vessel.
-Please claim it when need GMP stardard.it shoulde be use direct gear drive,closed construction,vacuum cover is sintered metal mesh.
-Material:SS304/SS316L/SS321/hastelley etc,inner wal is enamel for your choice.
-We recommend being adopt speed adjustable control and central axis integrated procession when the volume of machine is larger than 2000L.

Jinling company is around 30km away from Changzhou station.
